We’ll reach out the day before to confirm your appointment and make sure you’ll be available.

2. ON CLEANING DAY

If you’ll be home: Greet our cleaning team and let them in.

If you’ll be away: Leave your keys in a safe spot or in a lockbox and share the combination with our team.

If you work from home: You’re welcome to stay, but please give our staff space to work comfortably. You may need to step out of the room briefly.
